Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has sent a secret letter to U.S. President Barack Obama. According to an Iranian diplomat, it was in response to a letter from Obama last October, in which the US president suggested the possibility of U.S.-Iran cooperation in fighting the Islamic State, if a nuclear deal was secured.
